Orders are processed most of the time in approx. 2 business days of receipt and clearing of payment, and should arrive in 7 business days or less after processing, not including Saturdays, Sundays or holidays for a total of 9 business days or less.  Merchandise is shipped from our warehouses in California or New Mexico.  All shipping is via UPS and is insured and must be signed for.  If you request on your order for "NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED", and UPS signs off that it has been delivered and the order is missing from your residency or business, or is damaged, then the liability will be yours strictly.

There is a shipping and handling minimum of $8.95.  Shipping is calculated on the retail cost of the merchandise.  Shipping is calculated at 12% of retail (or a minimum of $8.95 whichever is higher). 

Currently, we ship to only the continental US.  We DO NOT ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
